That's an impressive feat for a fully mechanical model. I have to stop up typing because I always mix up the normal, curly and bracket paranthesis. My temporary solution was to change all QWERTY keys and keys w/symbols to a very dim brightness (dark gray "light"), so that the painted symbols and lit-symbols appeared to be the same relative brightness, so that the lit symbols don't overwhelm the unlit ones. I'm strongly considering a G915 TKL Tactile over the Apex 7 TKL brown, but I have seen a number of posts and reviews dinging the G915 for having flimsy, wobbly, cheap, or unstable keycaps.

If you're looking for a keyboard that isn't low profile you should probably not get the g915 since that is what it is. I switch from the g910 and g513 to the g915 and I love the g915. I feel like Logitech is setting the new standard for what the low profile keyboard should be in terms of the base, in terms of the switches, and the key caps. Or choose to have it be controlled by your favorite games, audio, or on-screen content.
