Visit es.pn/activate on your phone, tablet, or PC. Absolute travesty and joke that this company can’t get an app that supports ESPN+. I bought 2 LG TV previously. These are condesending (band aid) suggestions which points to LGs incapabilities to handle this issue. Sony has ESPN app and actually the entire ecosystem is better. How stupid and completely asinine is it for HULU and DISNEY+ to be available on the TV and store.
Like many of you, I took a chance with LG and am regretting it for this reason and others.
Definitely suboptimal and definitely an embarrassment for LG, but it gets the job done. In addition to the ESPN app, LG does not offer the Spectrum TV app, HBO Max, HBO Go, and MLB.TV - and I'm sure there's more apps missing than just those. You can message me on FB if interested. Gonna have to buy a chromecast ultra so i can utilize my ethernet connection i guess. Users can also cast content from a smartphone or tablet to the LG TV. Apps and other media will be found through the LG Content Store, which is found on the home screen in the ribbon menu.
Any update on this? The web browser is clunky and not reliable for streaming and do not suggest I stream from my phone.

I have found a way to watch UFC events. Press the SMART button on your LG remote and scroll to access the Home menu.
Log in using your current ESPN account or create a new account via the ESPN app or from the web (here). LG team, do you really will not say anything about the ESPN + app in your app store? They advertise for a bundle including ESPN+ but they don’t offer it. I think I paid $25 for mine in my bedroom and it’s super easy to use. ESPN+ is a great option to stream sports outside of a bundle. But for now, only if they’re 2017 smart TV models.

But if you are a pay TV subscriber and have a new Samsung smart TV, then you can download the apps anywhere you are in the US. So much live sports have been moved to the app or ESPN+. Sucks. I know Samsung TVs now come pre-loaded with the espn app, and I have added the ESPN app through google play store on a Sony tv before.
